Wood Panels with a wide range of surface finishes offer many options for furniture production. Large, flat and stable panels provide surfaces which can be laminated with the most delicate timber veneers, decorative paper or plastic foils. they are homogeneous with no grain direction and can be machined equally well in both face directions. Medium Density Fibreboard is recommended where fine, complex and accurate shapes are to be moulded into edges or faces.

Particleboard and Medium Density Fibreboard provide the furniture industry with fine tolerances needed for production line methods. Low Pressure Melamine overlaid board products are major components of kitchen cabinet construction. They offer the virtues of functional design, appearance and easy maintenance. MR based products are available for bench tops and other areas where moisture resistance is required.
